As AI becomes embedded in daily workflows, employees may overtrust automated outputs and disengage from ethical reasoning — a risk known as “autopilot.” This session examines how compliance programs can detect early signs of overreliance, reinforce human judgment, and adjust training and communications to ensure employees remain active participants in ethical decisionmaking.
