WIND- decent strength of wind for power will really help you out! Back-Foot out early- still going UP-WIND! Lower the ride height as you head downwind. Creepy- back-foot...both on the entrance and as the foot change happens. Re-adjust the foot positions as necessary to maintain flight- back for up, forward for down! -Use the DISCO-GYBE to aid the slow, progressive rig-flip! • Disco Gybe- How to exit your gybes!
