Ellen Whitney shows you how broiling chicken is a quick way to prep meat for the week, and is guaranteed to be tender and full of flavor. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ RECIPE What you need: -Baking sheet -Foil -Meat Tenderizer (or heavy object) -Plastic bag, optional -Chicken breasts -Spices of choice Method: 1) Preheat the oven broiler to high. 2) Place the chicken in the plastic bag (or on a cutting board if not using a plastic bag) and use the meat tenderizer to pound the chicken breast to an even thickness all the way across. 3) Next, line a baking sheet with foil. Transfer the chicken to the sheet, and season heavily with whatever you would like. Place the chicken in the oven (keep the door cracked) and cook for 5-8 minutes, depending on size of the meat. 4) After the initial cooking time, flip the breasts, and season the other side. Place back in the oven, and cook for another 4-8 minutes.
