How to make White Bread without egg, without dairy but still soft and fluffy. All you need are simple ingredients from your pantry and you will have your own homemade fresh bread. Here's what you'll need: 1 cup water (250ml) 2 tbsp sugar(30g) 2 tsp instant yeast(6g) 2 and 3/4 cups all purpose flour (350g) 1 tsp salt(4g) 2 tbsps oil (30ml) 1. In a bowl, mix together water, sugar and yeast. Then add flour and salt. Mix until incorporated. Then add oil. Knead until smooth and elastic. About 5 to 7 minutes. 2. Smooth into a ball. Coat with oil. Place in a bowl. Cover and let it rise until doubled in size. 3. Punch the air out. Transfer to a floured counter. Roll out with smooth side down. Roll tightly into a log. Place in a 9x5 inches loaf dish, dish should be brush with oil or butter. 4. Cover and let it rise for 45 minutes or until doubled in size. 5. Preheat oven at 170C or 340F for 15 minutes.
