In this video I talk about the incredible value of letting your heart, nervous system, and breath become the dominant points of attention — giving your brain a chance to recharge and reset. When we allow the body to take the lead, the brain gets sharper, more creative, and more responsive when it’s time to think, plan, or solve. Your brain is always “on” to some degree, but true rest allows for holistic, full-body functionality — not over functioning that leads to burning out. This approach supports balance, intuition, and presence, helping you show up as your clearest, most connected self. Because WHO doesn't want that?! ✨ Give your brain a break. Let your body speak.
