Testing Between Two Manhol By Water in Sewerage System Line (Fabcob Pipe Plug Pipe Test Plug)

Testing between two manholes by water with by-pass plug is a test for any possible leakages or cracks at joints. We need two plugs, one with by-pass, water tank, compressor and manometer for the test. Plugs are placed to pipe from two adjacent manholes and must be fixed to wall of manhole to provide safety working. Then plugs are inflated till working pressure. Once plugs are inflated, pipeline is filled with water by the by-pass plug till proper testing pressure. After filling water to pipeline, the pressure of the system is measured with manometer. If there is no change system pressure as measured on the pressure gauge, it means there is no leakage or crack at the joints. But if system pressure decreases, it means there is crack or leakage at the joints. When the test is completed, water in the pipeline is discharged by the water tank. Plugs are deflated and displaced from the manholes.
