In today's episode, we're going to be talking about our core values. This is the backbone in how we operate daily. 00;00;14;16 - 00;00;44;23 Welcome, welcome, welcome Channel Partners, teams, associates, people around the country and a special welcome to our first podcast, The Bridge, to my co-host, miss Heather Petrone and Mr. Jimmy Knight. Hey, how are you guys doing today? Excellent day. Awesome and exciting. It is exciting. Welcome, everybody. Listening to our very first episode of The Bridge. Our, purpose here is simple. 00;00;44;25 - 00;01;11;16 We're here to create a two way connection right from headquarters to the field and then back again. This is not just a, a platform to give you news updates, expand, on our bulletin board of of things coming up. This is about really sharing tips and tricks. Stories. Good. The bad, the ugly. We may get some updates from from, from from the headquarters. 00;01;11;16 - 00;01;32;13 We may get some updates in the field. But really, this is about sharing best practices, ideas, stories, and getting to know each other and making that connection between headquarters in the field. As I have said, I am Andrew Catapano, your Chief Operating Officer and your host of The Bridge. And with that, I'm going to turn it over to a quick, introduction to miss Heather patron, who's going to tell her who she is and why you're here. 00;01;32;13 - 00;02;04;05 Yeah. Hey, everybody, I'm Heather Petrone, and I'm the Director of Internal Communications. And I just want to kind of be clear about why we're doing this. I think because our board had nothing else to do. Yes. We don't have anything to do, you know? It's just terrible. No, I mean, I think I think when it comes to, what work looks like today and how our culture is as a whole, like society, like we don't want to read emails anymore. 00;02;04;05 - 00;02;20;13 It seems like. Right? I feel like a lot of people don't want to read things. Yes. And so I think one of the big reasons why we kind of came up with this is and, you know, maybe it's something that people will like, maybe they won't like it. Who knows? Like, hopefully we can make this whole we're going to love it has they're entertaining. 00;02;20;16 - 00;02;45;21 But I think it's a way to communicate more information to the field, have the field be connected to us in a more modern, you know, more modern way because, you know, everybody loves to listen to people talk nowadays instead of just like reading an email. People like to be connected on teams, their teams, meetings. And I know not all the time we can't have all the field connect on teams meetings. 00;02;45;22 - 00;03;07;08 That's right. Like that. Right. So this is a more modern on demand platform that people can kind of tune in hopefully, like if you're new, you're going to be tuning in, listening to this podcast on your drive over so that you can hear real stories from the field, learn from other people's mistakes, learn best practices, you know, and so this is why we're we're doing this today.
