The world feels more chaotic, uncertain, and unfamiliar than ever before. Mindfulness can feel impossible when stress is high and emotions are overwhelming. Even the most dedicated practitioners might struggle with sitting still, focusing on the breath, or practicing loving-kindness. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. This episode is all about how we are practicing mindfulness in these tumultuous times—what’s working, what isn’t, and how we’re adapting in the hope that it helps you too. Our intention is to inspire you to recommit to your practice in a way that feels right for you. Take a Deep Breath—A Moment of Stillness Before we dive in, let’s take a moment. Place your hand on your heart, inhale deeply, and let the tension go as you exhale. Even the smallest pause can create space for mindfulness. There’s no single path to mindfulness, and no approach works for everyone. We encourage you to experiment with different tools, be patient with yourself, and allow your practice to shift as needed.
