After a last-minute slight change in plans, we ended up hiking Mount Willard. Kammi and I hiked this last year for my birthday before playing a round of golf at the Mount Washington Resort Golf Club. Our original plans were to hike Mount Tremont, to check it off our 52 With a View list. The parking area for it (small space on the side of a busy highway) was not plowed. Caroline also did not make the Mount Willard hike last time so now it's checked off of her 52WaV list as well. She's hiked all the 52WaV mountains that we have with the exception of just a few. We're at 31/52, Caroline is at 28 (missing Kearsarge North, Monadnock (pets not allowed) and Israel). Great hike, and outstanding winter views...lot of bang for your buck.
