Desperate Father Claims KAREN Mother Is Refusing To ALLOW Him To Have HIS Parenting Time!

Today, we have 3 hearings in a case with a couple where Dad claims Mom has been refusing to bring their son to their scheduled drop-offs for the last month, so he wants the exchange location changed to their son’s school instead of the library to keep Mom out of it. He says that she’s been refusing to drop their son off with his stepmom because she insists that Dad must be the one to pick him up, but even when Dad was the one to come get him, Mom has had the son silently handing a note to his Dad that says he isn’t coming, then the son gets back into Mom’s car. Mom claims that Dad is lying and that she always takes him to the exchanges but Dad never shows up even when she waits around. She also claims that their son is mad at his father because he abandoned him at a baseball game and that’s why he’s been refusing to go. She says she shouldn’t have to drop her son off to third-parties like his stepmom because it’s Dad that should be the one to come get him. What does the referee think of their claims?
