First night in Tokyo, Japan 🇯🇵✨ In this vlog from The Rare Traveler, I travel from Delhi to Tokyo and land at Narita International Airport in the evening. After figuring out transport from the airport into the city, I head to my hostel in Asakusa, drop my bags, and step straight out to explore Tokyo at night for the very first time. Walking through Asakusa after dark felt surreal — quiet streets, glowing lights, and that unmistakable Tokyo atmosphere. The highlight of the night was visiting Senso-ji Temple around 10–11 PM. Seeing one of Japan’s most iconic landmarks illuminated at night was a completely different experience — calm, peaceful, and unforgettable. This vlog captures my real first impressions of Japan — navigating a new country at night, exploring on foot, and soaking in the vibe of Tokyo from day one.
