Pizza paratha: For dough ingredients: Flour 2-1/2 cup Yeast 1 tsp Baking powder ½ tsp Salt as required Yogurt 1 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp For filling ingredients: Boil chicken shredded 1 cup Finely chopped capsicums1 Thyme oregano ½ tsp Pizza sauce 2 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Chadder cheese 4 tbsp Mozzarella cheese 4 tbsp Crushed red chili 1 tsp Clarified butter for filling Method: All dough ingredients mix and make soft dough .then leave for half an hour .after this for filling heat oil and sauté onion then except chadder cheese and mozzarella cheese all ingredients mix and cook then cool it now make small balls and fill the filling and press the corners .then fry in heated oil . Chickpeas salsa salad: Ingredients: Boil gram lentil 1 cup Chopped tomato 1 large Chopped cucumber 1 Tomato juice 4 tbsp Chili garlic sauce ½ cup Green coriander 2 tbsp Chopped onion 1 Lemon juice 2 tbsp Brown sugar 1 tsp salt as required crushed black pepper ½ tsp Method: In a bowl all ingredients mix. then leave for half an hour then cool and serve .
