Everyone loves hashbrowns with a gooey cheesy centre - but a GIANT hashbrown with a cheesy centre is at least a gazillion times better! This is quick, easy, and cheap! It's the perfect snack when the cheese craving hits, or pair it with a side salad for a brunch or light lunch, or late night snacking needs. there's no judging here. 3 Medium Potatoes 3 Eggs 2 Tsp Flour 150g Grated Cheddar 3 Tsp Lemon & Herb seasoning Salt & Pepper to taste (Pro tip at the end) Peel and grate the potatoes. Soak them in a bowl of water to release the starch. Beat the eggs and add the seasoning to taste. Mix well and add the flour, mix well. Add the grated potato after draining and squeezing all the water out. Mix well. Put half of the potato mix into a frying pan and cook for 5 mins. Flip over, add grated cheese, cover with the rest of the potato mix and cook for 5 mins. 1 Last flip and cook for last 5 mins. Slice, Serve and ENJOY! PRO TIP: Use smoked salt if possible! It REALLY elevates the flavour, makes the cheese cheesier, and the potatoes ultra-yum.
