I learned this recipe when I was working at a Peruvian Restaurant, The peruvian owner thought me every thing about this dessert, it was so good that I started making it at my own home for my family and friends. It is very easy to make once you know how to make it. Ingredients are simple: 1 can of Evaporated Milk 1 can of Condensed Milk 6 whole eggs 3/4 of white sugar. Once you get everything in place, cook the sugar in a pan or the bread pan that you will make the flan in, let the sugar melt until it turns into a brown color which is the caramelization of the sugar, Let it cool off until it sticks to the pan. Blend the evaporated milk, the condensed milk and the 6 eggs together, put the mixture into the pan and cook it in the oven at 350degrees Fahrenheit, for 80 minutes or 1hr and 20 minutes. Now you get the best Flan that you will ever taste, so good that tou wont believe it. Give it a try, it’s worth it.
