We’ll bake it until golden and crispy—just like my Greek grandma taught me! 🥘 Ingredients 🥔 4 potatoes (peeled and sliced) 🍖 500g minced meat (beef, lamb, or mixed) 🧅 Chopped onion 🌿 Salt, pepper & Greek spices to taste (oregano, paprika, nutmeg—use what you like!) For the creamy topping: 🥚 3 eggs 🥛 250 ml milk Optional cheese for extra flavor 🧀 🔥 Steps We Follow in the Video Peel and slice the potatoes. Prepare the meat with spices. Layer the potatoes and meat to build the moussaka. Bake for 40 minutes in a pre heated oven at 200 degrees Mix the eggs and milk to make a creamy top layer.
