Hello , Today I am showing you how to make healthy and delicious Moringa /Drumstick leaves Sabzi. It is a very healthy and iron rich dish .Moringa/Drumstick leaves are superfood and it has many medicinal benefits too.It is packed with antioxidants that helps to boost your immune system. Ingredients: Moringa/Drumstick leaves : 1 large Bowl Mustard seeds: 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds: 1 tablespoon Fresh Grated Coconut Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds: 1/4 teaspoon Urad dal: 1/2 teaspoon Garlic: 5-6 cloves 5-6 Byadgi or Kashmiri chillies Oil and salt as required Method of Preparation: Heat a pan , add some oil and to it add the Byadgi chillies and roast it . when the chillies are 80% roasted ,lower the flame and start adding spices. Add coriander seed, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds. Once it’s done , take a mixie jar add roasted ingredients along with freshly grated coconut and blend it into a coarse powder. Heat another pan, add oil and heat it on a moderate flame. Add mustard seeds to the oil and let it splutter. Then add cumin seeds, urad dal and garlic and mix well. Add Moringa leaves to it ,add salt as required and mix properly and cover it . Once the leaves starts cooking add the ground masala. Give it a good stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
