Happy listening & good luck! : ) Recipe Measurements (yields 8-10 small truffles OR roughly 1 cup ganche): 1/2 cup high-quality bittersweet chocolate, finely diced 1/4 cup [organic] heavy whipping cream pinch of salt, optional 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder I hope you find this video very relaxing and learn a new and easy way to create this simple desert.
