In this session, we explore some of the connections between basic redonda (3 versions) and several different sinawalis. From there we move on to looking at 4 ways you can change up your redonda practice to make it more challenging and more productive in terms of training for additional options and flow, especially when you combine and innovate. This stick twirling is more solo work for those who can't train with others. Note: This is based on the basic Modern Arnis redonda drill. The movements are exaggerated and simplified.
