Biking the Going to the Sun Road was a trip every visitor to Glacier National Park Montana should do. We bike from Going to the Sun Road from Avalanche to the Loop. Which is a little more than 8 miles of awe inspiring views. If you want to Bike Going to the Sun Road in glacier National Park the best time to do it is mid to late June before the road is open all the way. During this time of year sections of the road is open only to Hiking and Biking. Glacier National Park is certainly a treasure among our National Parks. Biking Going to the Sun Road while the toad is closed was amazing. The ability to not worry about traffic, and to stop in the middle of Going to the Sun Road to take in the awe inspiring views was truly special. Going to the Sun Road provides some of the greatest views I have ever seen in my life. While Biking Going to the Sun Road in Glacier National Park we stopped frequently and spoke to other bikers along the way. When we arrived at the Loop on Going to the Sun Road we had lunch and some snacks while we gazed at Heavens Peak and the beauty of it all. One thing we wished we had known when we decided to turn around at the Loop and head back was how close we were to some of the greatest views in Glacier National Park. Shortly after the Loop on Going to the Sun Road the views become phenomenal. While we are not hard core into biking we certainly would have pushed ourselves a little more to journey farther up Going to the Sun Road. Maybe Next time... We will remember biking Going to the Sun Road for the rest of our lives as Glacier National Park has touched us both deeply with it's beauty. Come along with Roaming With The Ramsays as we Bike Going to the Sun Road and record in 4K video our journey from Avalanche to the Loop. We have lunch at the Loop and record 4K video of the clouds in Time Lapse. ⬇️ SOCIAL MEDIA LINKS ⬇️ Follow us for more information, travel plans and daily updates. / roamingwiththeramsays https://roamingwiththeramsays.com/ / roamingwiththeramsays1 ******* MUSIC LINKS ******* Music by: https://artlist.io/ Easy does it by If I were king Blessed Midwest by Ben Wagner 🎥 Camera Gear we use and 🧡 Canon EOS R - Lens Canon RFS 24-105 f4 https://amzn.to/3mkCVqT Canon EOS 80 D - https://amzn.to/3fNN5hc Canon Lens EFS US 10-22 - https://amzn.to/2HN2C4c DJI Osmo Action Camera - https://amzn.to/3mwFZjT Rode Video Mic Pro+ - https://amzn.to/2VgKCT8 Zhiyun Crane 2 Gimbal - https://amzn.to/2Vglvji DJI Mavic 2 Pro - https://amzn.to/3mvM0Nm https://www.nps.gov/glac/index.htm **** *Chasing our Adventures ❤️ It’s more than just a slogan to us.
