Take boiled chickpeas and add them to a blender to make a rough paste. 2. Now roast the gram flour in a pan. 3. Now take a bowl and add boiled mash cholle and gram flour into it, 4. Now add some grated paneer, chopped onion, chopped green chilies, grated ginger, chopped coriander, and some spices. 5. Garam masala, Cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, and Amchur powder and mix it well to make a rough dough. 6. Now make a medium-sized patty out of it with the help of your own hands. 7. Now add some ghee to a pan and roast the prepared patties. 8. Now take out these patties on a plate and here the chickpea patties are ready to be served. 9.
