Please take a moment to like, subscribe and share with your dear ones! ********* Ingredients: Chana dal: 30gm Onion: 50gm Rice: 30gm Tomato: 50gm Calories: 277.09 | Carbs: 46.66 | Fats: 5.63 | Proteins: 10.07 (For 250gm) ********* Procedure: 1. First of all soak one bowl of chana dal overnight and some rice for around 30 minutes. 2. Now place a cooker on a gas and add some ghee to it. 3. Heat up the ghee and then add some cumin seeds, bay leaf, black pepper, star anise, moti elaichi, and cinnamon, and let them spatter. 4. Now add the soaked chana dal while removing the excess water from it and let it cook for some time. 5. Now add some chopped onion, green chili, carrot, capsicum, and chopped beans or you can add any of your preferred veggies. 6. Now add some spices, like salt, red chili powder, and garam masala, and mix all these ingredients thoroughly. 7. Now add the soaked rice and mix again and add double the water of the Rice. 8. Now add some chopped mint over this pulao to get that amazing smell. 9. Now close the lid and wait for 2 whistles over a medium flame. 10. Now take the lid off and here is your chana dal pulao ready to be served. 11. Serve or pack in a separate plate or lunch box respectively. 12.
