When we here the Christmas, Sweet cake is the first thing that comes to our Mind. So i decided to try Plum Cake Recipe using Aashirvaad atta. This Plum cake is easy and delicious, Moist cake made with whole wheat flour and lots of dry fruits and nuts. Also we wont be using Egg, Beater or oven in this Cake. So now let starts the recipe for my special Plum Cake Ingredients are; Wheat flour : 1 Cup Baking Powder - - 1 tsp Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp Salt : a pinch Powder Sugar - 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil - 6 tbsp Curd - 2 tbsp Milk - 1/4 cup Tutti fruitti - 2tbsp Black Risins - 2tbsp Dates Chopped - 2tbsp Cherry - 2tbsp Pumpkin seeds - 2 tbsp Vannila Essence - 1tsp Baking Time(40-45 minutes) Aashirvaad is running Christmas recipe contest.
