This is how they treat foreigners in SAUDI ARABIA! Camping in NEOM desert (EPISODE 2) 🇸🇦 السعودية

In this episode, my solo trip through Saudi Arabia took an exciting turn when I joined my friend and his camping group. Initially traveling alone from Dubai, I was welcomed with open arms by the group, experiencing the incredible hospitality of the Saudi people firsthand. The warmth and generosity of my new friends made me feel like part of their community. Episode 2 highlights: ● Day 4: I joined my friend and his camping group in Buriekah (27.363320, 37.810457) near Al Ula, a desert with surreal rock formations that felt otherworldly. Inspired by their plans to head to Neom in northern Saudi Arabia, I changed my itinerary and joined them. The journey through breathtaking desert landscapes toward Tabuk and Neom left me speechless. We deflated our tires and went off-road, losing signal for two days. That night, we camped between towering rocks in the desert of Bajdah (28.588511, 35.710771), enjoying traditional Arabic coffee and food. Around the fire, we listened to beautiful Arabic poetry, experiencing a deep connection to Arabic culture that felt magical. ● Day 5: The day began with a chilly morning, with temperatures dropping to 2 degrees Celsius. We continued through the desert, reaching the orange sands of NEOM and exploring the hidden gems of Neom. We took in incredible views from a viewpoint and met a camel shepherd, where I had an exhilarating if slightly out-of-control, camel ride. Neom's hidden caves and rock formations were stunning, especially the hidden enchanting oasis(28.569237, 35.761964).
