It's fancy night in The Breezeway! McBiff joins us to show off his brand new tall glass (on sale now). We start with making a Rain Killer by Stephen Crane. Our opinion of that one was pretty tepid so we went on to try a brand new cocktail that I had just come up with, The Breezeway Orchid (which was quickly renamed by McBiff as THE SUNKEN CORK). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To make the cocktails in this video: Rain Killer 1/2 oz fresh lime juice 1/2 oz fresh orange juice 1/2 oz fresh pineapple juice 1/2 oz simple syrup 1 1/2 oz light rum 1 dash Angostura Bitters 4oz crushed ice Blend on high for no more than 5 seconds. To serve this properly, pour into a stemmed glass. The Sunken Cork ( formerly the Breezeway Orchid) 1 oz fresh lime juice 1/2 oz fresh orange juice 2 oz Breezeway Blend Rum 1/2 oz passinola 3/4 oz Falernum 1 oz soda Shake with pebble ice, saving the soda water to pour in after mixing. Pour into a tall glass.
