How to Get Lean and Ripped Fast with Intermittent Fasting

Let’s talk about how to get lean and ripped fast with intermittent fasting. The one step is intermittent fasting. The first time I heard about intermittent fasting must have been 3 or 4 years ago. I was looking for a way to get lean and ripped. I tried everything I could think of before this and I just could never reach that level of leanness that I wanted. I wanted my muscles to bring out that definition and my six-pack abs to show. One day I saw a YouTube video on it discussing intermittent fasting and it looked very interesting so I thought I would give it a try. I did and to my amazement it worked and it worked very well. It felt like the fat was literally falling off me as I was walking. The best thing about intermittent fasting was that the protocol developed a routine that was easy to follow and stick to becoming an easy habit to follow all the while I was getting leaner and more ripped. I became much more focused I felt great on all my workouts, and it just made everything much easier. Because of intermittent fasting finally for the first time I was able to reveal my six pack getting lean and ripped. Now there are many different ways to do intermittent fasting. I decided to come up with my own way of doing it which I call the two meal theory following the protocol of 16 8. By the way this is nothing new I didn’t invent this. I have found that is works great though. Following the 16 8 rule means that you would have a 16 hour fasting window and an 8 hour eating window. What I’ll do is wake up in the morning skip breakfast and go about my day. If I am feeling hungry I will drink something that has 0 calories most the time it’s just water or sparkling water. Sometimes even black coffee and tea. I’ll have my first meal at noon, big meal too. We want to get lean and ripped here so what I eat is whole foods dense in macro and micro nutrients vegetables, fruits, and lean protein. About 4 to 8 hours later I will have my last meal of the day this is usually at the end of my eating window around 8pm. This too is a big full meal that feels you up. The main reason I like only eating two meals a day is to keep insulin low and growth hormone high. Every time you eat insulin spikes shutting off fat burning, but when you’re fasting and not eating growth hormone rises increasing fat burning. I have found that I feel amazing on eating two big meals a day. This way I can burn the most amount of fat possible. There’s no rule saying you can only eat two meals a day. But I found that two meals a day works wonders burning that fat at a really deep level while staying full all day long. Okay so here is what I would do following this one simple step of intermittent fasting to get lean and ripped. When you first wake up push your 1st meal back to noon or later make it a big full meal. Consisting mostly of whole foods like greens, little bit of fruit and lean protein. Then have another big meal 4 to 8 hours after your 1st meal and call it good for the day. Repeat the process every day. Check your weight right when you wake up in the morning every morning too. Your goal should be to lose about 1-2 pounds a week. If you dropping weight too fast eat a little bit more that day. If you’re not dropping weight fast enough eat a little bit less that day. This way you know your burning fat and you will start to see your body lean up and get ripped as well as the weight starting to come off.
