Dr. Amy Wetherby is a Distinguished Research Professor and an internationally renowned autism researcher who directs the FSU Autism Institute in the FSU College of Medicine. She has supported children and families in her research on the early detection of autism and improving access to care and education. Dr. Wetherby and her team have developed innovative online resources that are important for all families to learn the milestones that matter most matter most — the ones that come before children learn to talk — and what autism looks like long before it is usually diagnosed.
