30 Min Full Body Workout - Beginner Friendly - With Weights Day 1 of the Beginner's strength training program. Go to www.GetGreauxing.com and see the membership for the rest of the program. This effective 30-minute full-body workout will strengthen your whole body – quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes, hip adductors, hip abductors, shoulders, triceps, biceps, core, lats, chest, and back. We will be using weights, a band, and a mat. Use heavy weights so that you are getting the most out of your workout. I will cue your breath so that you will get the most effective exercise. We will be doing 10-15 reps of each exercise to work muscular strength, not muscle endurance. We will not only strengthen your muscles but your bones as well. We will do 3 sets of 5 exercises (10-15 reps). You will get your heart rate up and get a good sweat on with this workout. We don’t always need an hour to do a workout – we can get a really good one in 30 minutes! We are using our time wisely and working smart. This workout will pair well with any of the yoga videos. Rotate this full-body workout with the upper-body and lower-body workout videos. Lastly, this workout is pregnancy-friendly.
