It takes Cousin Pearl to explain it, and she wastes no time telling him exactly where a millionaire ought to live: Beverly Hills, California. The Clampetts load everything they own onto their flatbed truck, add Duke the dog on top, and head west. On arrival, they mistake their 35-room mansion for a prison, their banker Milburn Drysdale for a warden, and end up briefly in jail before Drysdale rescues them.
