I ignored the knee pain during half marathon training… and it cost me more than I expected. If you’re a runner over 40, rebuilding after injury, or chasing a PR, these 5 lessons might save your season. I’ve run through hard things before.... even 10 miles with a broken arm. But this training cycle humbled me in a different way.
