Perfect systems look great on paper but usually fall apart in real life. In this lesson, you’ll focus on designing one minimum-viable system that you can actually run on a normal, imperfect day. We’ll contrast “fantasy schedules” with real schedules, define what a minimum-viable system is in this course, and talk about why it is better to have a small system you consistently use than a complex one you abandon after a week. You’ll also learn to think ahead about busy seasons so your system can adapt instead of collapsing. By the end of the video, you’ll choose one part of your day—morning, after school, homework time, bedtime, or phone use—and design a simple, testable system you can track over several days.
