Your brain is not a storage unit. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to use AI to move information out of your head and into simple tools so you can think more clearly. We’ll define “mental clutter” in this class and look at how AI can help create clean lists, short summaries, and checklists for school, schedules, and planning. You’ll also see the risks of letting AI “organize your life” if you don’t keep it updated or never look at what it creates. You’ll practice choosing one cluttered area of your life—missing work, upcoming tests, after-school schedule, or future planning—and turn it into a short, realistic checklist you could actually act on this week. By the end, you’ll write one personal rule for using AI to reduce mental clutter instead of adding more noise.
