She was born in Brazil and her passion for cooking started as a young girl learning from her grandmother. Internationally, she has lived in Italy and Austria but, for the past 32 years, she has called USA home. Her style of cooking is International with a Brazilian twist. Vivien has a proven track record of executing cultural cuisines seamlessly and always leaves her audience wanting more of her tantalizing dishes. She is working on her Plant Based Vegan cookbook and also has food articles in various magazines including Malibu Times, Whole Life Magazine, Malibu Chronicle, Soul Brazil and Valley Life magazine.
