Yields 12 - 14 buns #5 Aletria 1 cup water (250ml) 1 cup milk (250ml) 1/2 cup vegan cream (125ml) 1/2 tsp lemon zest 2/3 tsp cinnamon OR 2 cinnamon sticks 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp turmeric, optional 1/4 cup + 1 tsp (55g) sugar 100g - 125g glass noodles / angel pasta (3.5 oz - 4.4 oz) 4 tbsp of corn starch OR vanilla custard powder mixed into 60ml (1/4 cup) water (4 tbsp = a 40g packet of custard powder) 1 handful raisins, optional Mix frequently all throughout !
