Uterus का भाग जहासे menses होता है उसे endometrium कहते है। तो एंडोमेट्रियल पोलिप मतलब क्या है ? हर महीने जैसे पीरियड्स ख़तम होते है , endometrial lining हॉर्मोन्स के कारन develop होना शुरू होता है और उस महीने में प्रेगनेंसी नहीं रही तो वह पीरियड के माध्यम से बहार आ जाता है । काफी बार एंडोमेट्रियम लाइनिंग में छोटा सा growth develop होता है जिसे polyp कहा जाता है। ज्यादातर पूछा जानेवाला सवाल यह है की polyp क्यों होता है ? Polyp को जांचने केलिए सबसे सामान्य तरीका है , ultrasound | जब रिपोर्ट्स polp दर्शाता है तब लोग काफी परेशान हो जाते है और पूछते है सब healthy खाने पर भी मुझे polyp कैसे हुआ ? यह जानना बोहोत जरुरी है की आपके खान पान से polyp होना यह निर्भर नहीं रहता। जब किसीको polyp होता है तो उन्हें irregular spotting होती है । Endometrial Polyp treatment Endometrial Polyp काफी सामान्य होता है और यह ट्रीटमेंट साइज और location पे निर्भर करती है। अगर polyp का साइज 0.5 से छोटी होती है तो उसकी ट्रीटमेंट करने की कोई जरुरत नहीं होती है सिवाय आप प्रेगनेंसी प्लान कर रहे हो। अगर polyp 1 cm या उससे बड़ा हो तो hysteroscopy करने की जरुरत पड़ सकती है। यह काफी आसान ट्रीटमेंट है। यह पोलिप ज्यादातर 25-30 के उम्र की महिलाओ को होता है लेकिन अगर मेनोपॉज़ के बाद अगर पोलिप हो तो जोरूर आपको डॉक्टर के पास जाके polyp निकालके biopsy केलिए देना चाहिए। अगर polyp diagnose हुआ हो तो आप आपके डॉक्टर के पास चले जाइये जो आपको सही सलाह देगा। अधिक जानकारी पाने के लिए पूरा वीडियो देखे। For more information, watch the full video.
