I BOUGHT the CHEAPEST BMW 1M in the Country! | 1M PROJECT PART 1

I've bought the cheapest 1M for sale in the country to kick start a throwback project with arguably the greatest M car of the last 10-15 years. I used to own a 123d, and now it's time to experience the flagship E82, let's go! I first drove a BMW 1M at the tail end of last year, experiencing the ultimate version of what had been the second car I'd owned in the UK back in 2008. My previous 1er was an E82 123d Coupe SE; opting for the more powerful of the 120/123 with the 2.0 Turbo diesel engine making just over 200hp, as opposed to the M Sport upgrade package. Naturally, when the 1M then launched a few years later, I was instantly a fan and have had it on my dream car list ever since. In a garage that's been absent of BMWs for over a year, the 1M (or 1 Series M Coupe to use the correct name) is a very welcome addition, and starts the second of my throwback projects after the Clio V6. My mid-engined French hatchback brought to the collection the most special version of my first ever car; a 1.2l Clio Dynamique, and now the 1M repeats the philosophy for the second car I'd owned in the UK back at the time. The intention is to work on it within reason; restoring and perfecting the car into an OEM "Plus" spec if you will. This particular car is most unusual as it's only had one single owner on the logbook from new; meticulously serviced to schedule despite covering a whopping 93,000 miles in its lifetime so far. While the mileage was heavily biased towards the earlier years, it has continued to be driven and now becomes a Shmeemobile thanks to Wisely Automotive; Arthur and the team looking after the transaction.
