I ran Worsley Woods Parkrun in 20:19 and finished 18th. This is my 20th run at this event. My 254th Parkrun altogether. I had to be careful running through the wooded area for roots and I had to watch my step with the leaves meated in to the concrete. I thought that this run was going to be cancelled due to the weather. I nearly forgot my barcode at the finish line today and I nearly forgot my coat hung on a tree. My coat is old, ripped, smells, and does not look appealing to look at but it is MY coat and it keeps me warm. I met a great man today who runs for charity that spreads the awareness of homelessness. Him and his team were awesome, he wanted to be in my video and he was phenomenally faster than me and he cheered me on all the way to the finish line.
