Follow the simple steps below to improve the performance and longevity of your concept 2 rower. 1.) Remove screws from fan cover 2.) Use multi purpose cleaner spray on fan blades 3.) Scrub fan blades with brush 4.) Use a 9/16 socket to remove centre nut 5.) Remove whole fan and rinse with water (keep bearing dry) 6.) Clean inside housing and fan cover 7.) Use wire brush to remove dust from fan cover and hoover 8.) Reinstall fan and tighten centre nut. Reinstall fan cover 9.) Inspect leg stand screws and tighten if necessary 10.) Remove back half of the rower 11.) Clean monorail cover and hoover joints 12.) Reinstall the monorail 13.) Scrub the monorail with wire wool and multi purpose cleaner 14.) Place cloth under chain and use grease spray to lubricate the chain. Pull chain out all the way, then slowly release while spraying 15.) Test rower
