This is a go to during the week, ready in 10, tasty, filling and EASY! The hardest part is opening the cupboards to get everything out! Ingredients; 2tblsp sesame oil 500g minced pork 2 cloves garlic 1tsp Chilli (or as much/little as you like) 1tblsp Hoisin sauce 2tblsp soy (I use light) 1tsp brown sugar 4 spring onions finely chopped 1tsp corn flour dissolved in 50 mls water 2tblsp chinese rice wine (or extra water) Half a dozen sliced button mushrooms or enoki mushrooms To serve; Sesame oil Coriander Finely chopped spring onions Method; In a wok or large frypan put in sesame oil (or peanut/ vegetable oil if you don't have sesame).Add chopped garlic, cook for 30 seconds (if you have the sliced button mushrooms add now) then add mince. Cook until brown, add half the chopped spring onions, then add the chilli, hoisin, sugar, soy and rice wine. Place your noodles in a large bowl and add hot water, stir to ensure the noodles don't clump together. Drain the noodles and portion into bowls. Mix the cornflour with the water and add to meat until it thickens, if using enoki muchrooms add them now. Ladle the meat sauce onto the noodles, drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with the coriander and spring onions, Enjoy! Facebook: / 238702364138077
