We had some left over pork so I didn't want to waste it. I used it as the base for this soup, 10 minutes and lip smacking good! If you want to make this vegetarian, then leave out the pork and use a vegetable stock, but you will need to add some garlic and ginger to the stock for taste Ingredients; Campbells Dumpling soup base Asian rice noodles Leftover roast pork cut into small pieces 100grms sliced mushrooms 2-3 small pok choi sliced in half chilli Method; Place dumpling soup base into pot, Add a cup of water & bring to boil prepare noodles as per instructions add sliced mushrooms and chopped pork to soup base cook for 3mins add pok choi, cook for approx 5 mins add chilli (optional) place noodles in a bowl and top with soup serve with extra chilli If you don't have any of the dumpling soup base, you can use chicken stock but you'll need to add the garlic and ginger for extra flavour.
