Even though they (the police) ONLY have two hours in New York State to get a sample of your body fluids, and even if they do not get it in within the two hours it can still be used against you. Only the sample (blood or breath) will have less weight on the scales of justice. That is the new case law, in the past it was completely suppressed, NOW we let a jury (the fact finders) give it all the "weight" they think it deserves, as in credibility.
