From writing the First Basic Program and making the first buck to setting up Codesign Labs which is his latest venture (a curated freelancing marketplace), Dilnawaz Khan has come a long way in his life and entrepreneurial journey. In this TEDx talk, he talks about why he believes in "Do What You Love" and how has this philosophy helped him to hustle every day despite having so many ups and downs. From setting up multiple ventures to raising funds to even shutting down a few companies, his life revolves around startups for which he is extremely passionate. Dilnawaz Khan is Founder & Chief Evangelist at Codesign Labs. He also consults & mentors technology startups wherein he enables them to go from zero to critical mass. With 4 years hands on experience in design & technology from his first company (a digital design agency), he, later on, went to join Startup Oasis – the first technology business incubator in Rajasthan. In early days of Startup Oasis, he worked as Manger - Business Development & played an integral role in building the Startup Ecosystem in Rajasthan. He has also worked with Unitus Seed Fund as a consultant & was a key organiser at Rajasthan Startup Fest, Startup Weekend & Angel Hack. Having worked with Startup Oasis for almost 3 years, he's now back to the entrepreneurial role and has founded Codesign Labs – a curated marketplace for freelance designers and developers. He is a Passionate Learner, an Avid Reader, a Mentor and an Entrepreneur who is always on a quest to Explore and Build New Things.
