We’ll use an interval structure of 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest as we go through the circuit three times. After the circuit, you’ll have a 3-minute AMRAP to finish. As with all workouts, make sure to warmup beforehand. Modify as needed throughout the workout and listen to your body, stopping if anything feels wrong. If you're new to kettlebells, start with a lighter weight than you think you can handle as you get the form down. It may be beneficial to meet in person with a trainer to really get the movements mastered before attempting on your own with this video.
