These are some some of my favorite drills to do when I am at the gym with some down time. Rather than just sitting around I can improve on some basic skills. Some of the drills take practice but once you are able to do them you will notice a big change in your movements when rolling. I started doing these solo BJJ drills when I was 15. I am a strong believer that they really do help your game out a lot! When I first started doing some of these drills like going inverted I would get frustrated. But after taking time and really dedicating myself to learn the technique I noticed a big jump in my game.
