I was recently gifted this fine roll by my friend.... who, of course, practically owns two of everything. As with many old rolls, we find ourselves making repairs to keep these old rolls in playing condition and thereby able to share them with you. This was one such roll. At some point years ago, someone slapped on some poor quality tape. It deteriorated the paper underneath it. I had to replace part of the leader. Not much, just a few inches worth. I use a very strong synthetic paper to make these repairs. It strengthens the roll and poses no threat to the original paper. With acid-free tape, glue, sharp razor blades, etc... we help preserve them for years to come. Please enjoy Dinah!
