It has shelf life of about a month. Rajgiryachi Bhaji • Wash rajgira leaves really good and keep them aside. • Heat up ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds. • When cumin seeds splutter, add ginger and green chili and fry it well together. • Add rajgira leaves and mix well. Fry well for about 5-7 minutes until rajgira leaves are cooked well. • After frying the bhaji for about 5 minutes, when the bhaji is almost cooked, add salt and mix well. • Fry well for another 2-3 minutes. • Turn the gas off and rajgiryachi bhaji is ready. • You can add roasted peanut powder or grated fresh coconut in the end as per your choice.
