Making homemade meatballs is surprisingly quick and easy! Below is a recipe that can be adjusted to satisfy your taste. Keep the meat/egg/bread crumb/cheese ratio as is, but use a ground meat and spices of your choosing. We like to quadruple the batch below, making about 45-50 meatballs at once. Then we vacuum seal meal sized portions to freeze, then reheat later on. 1 lb ground meat 1 egg ¼ cup bread crumbs ¼ cup parmesan cheese ¼ cup parsley ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper 1) Mix all ingredients together. 2) Refrigerate for 30-45 mins. 3) Roll into 1 or 1.5 inch balls. 4) Bake at 400° for 20-24 mins (assuming a 1-1.5 inch sized meatball). 5) If vacuum sealing, allow to cool for about 30+ minutes, then label and freeze.
