African countries must increase health funding: Dr Jean Kaseya

Director-General of the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa-CDC), Dr Jean Kaseya has called on the African leaders to allocate 15% of their countries' budgets to the development of the health infrastructure on the continent. This is in line with the agreement reached during the Covid-19 when countries took a decision to be better prepared in terms of the disease outbreaks in Africa.
