The Cookshack Model SM025 is our most popular residential smoker oven, with cooking capacity of 1 to 25 pounds and includes digital controls. The SM025 uses a specially designed digital controller with probe. This controller and probe allow you to see the internal temperature of the meat you are cooking. Once the product has reached the desired internal temperature the oven temperature can be manually set at 140 degrees F keeping the food moist and tender until ready to eat. With a temperature range from 140 to 300 degrees F the SM025 is great for cooking anything from traditional barbeque to smoked fish, vegetables, even cold smoking cheese. The SM025 comes standard with two 14” X 18” nickel plated grills, a meat probe for cooking to internal temperatures, an aluminum drip pan, wood box, casters, 5 lbs of wood and the Cookshack Smokin’ at Home Cookbook. The unit is 20-1/2” wide, 19-1/2” deep and 32.5” tall. Comes with a 750 watt heating element and a 5’ power cord. The unit will plug into a normal 15 amp socket.
