You will need: 2 litre jar Cheese cloth Jar ring or rubber band Wooden spoon for mixing Ingredients: 3 cups filtered water 2TBS fresh turmeric 1TBS fresh ginger 2TBS coconut sugar Pinch of black pepper at the end of fermentation. To enhance turmeric absorption You can use raw sugar or agave. When using agave add 1/2 tsp molasses. -Add everything to the jar -Mix together until sugar is dissolved -Cover with cheese cloth and a rubber band or jar ring •This is a fermentation process that takes 7 days, creating a naturally carbonated healthy probiotic plus for home made soda, add it to your favourite tea or just water. Everyday for 4 days feed your jar with 1 cup of filtered water 1TBS fresh turmeric 1TBS fresh ginger 1TBS coconut sugar (or preferred sugar) I’ll make another video at day 3 to show the progress.
