My German friend came to see me last Autumn, and I thought what is the most British thing I could have him do during his stay? lol We went out for a walk in the beautiful #ingletonwaterfalls and the walk was beautiful! leaves falling off trees, exuding an aura of letting go, of anything that weighs you down. #IngletonVillage is around 30-minute drive from #morecambe or #lancaster and it is always a go to place when I need to be in nature and challenge myself physically. My friend tried holding my camera, I swear his patience has improved since we were in Kenya lol. I hope you enjoy this vlog as much as we enjoyed being in the moment and filming it. Love lou.
